Our COVID cancellation policy

For all stays booked for the 2022 season, we have relaxed our booking policy.

You can cancel or modify your stay up to one day before arrival, for a reason related to Covid-19*. You will be offered either a refund or voucher for the amount paid, valid for 18 months from the date of issue, less booking fees and insurance.

These provisions are in addition to our current Terms and Conditions

* The campsite must close, your place of residence is in lockdown, Covid-19 related border closure, one of the participants has Covid-19 at the time of departure.

** subject to availability of accommodations at the time of cancellation
