France’s first aviary was opened in 1968. Based in Alsace, its aim is to restore the public image of birds of prey. Between the agility of eagles, the power of falcons, the sumptuous acrobatics of black kites, the silent flight of owls, the dizzying approach of vultures, young and old alike will have plenty to marvel at! Dressage demonstrations show how they evolve in the wild. What’s more, the birds can approach visitors and even sit on their laps.
Where to book park tickets
Even if you don’t need to make a reservation, it’s best to buy your ticket via the Volerie des Aigles online ticket office. The ticket allows you to visit the castle and attend the show of your choice. It is valid for the whole day of the date you booked. If not used by the specified date, it may be valid until a certain deadline (to be discovered on the site).
